## The Architect™ Process

The Architect™ is A.I. Joe's primary differentiator: an architecture-first method with four stages, Intent → Shape → Build → Verify. Intent and Shape are human leadership; Build and Verify are AI + human execution. Humans own intent, judgment, tradeoffs, approval, and responsibility. AI accelerates analysis, implementation, testing, and review.

## About the Founder

William R. Moore (Bill Moore) is the founder of AI Joe, based in Miami Beach, Florida. Texas A&M University alumnus. Previously built an application-development company that grew to 300 employees across three continents before acquisition by Perot Systems, where he later directed Advanced Technology initiatives.
