AI Joe is a boutique AI consulting studio founded by William R. Moore (Bill Moore) in Miami Beach, Florida. AI Joe helps mid-market organizations identify, prioritize, and implement AI through a structured three-step process called the AI Opportunity Framework.

## The AI Opportunity Framework

AI Joe's core offering is a structured three-step consulting engagement:

### Step 1: AI Collaborative (Discovery)
A focused discovery engagement to determine where AI can create meaningful value. Structured conversations with 3–5 key stakeholders, 60 minutes each, conducted remotely. Focused on workflows and actual business processes — not technology trends. The Collaborative is offered at no cost. Outcome: summary of observations, identified AI opportunity areas, clear recommendation on whether to proceed.

### Step 2: AI Strategy Sprint (Strategy)
A structured engagement that converts opportunity into a clear, actionable roadmap. Includes workflow analysis and mapping, identification of AI use cases, prioritization by business impact and implementation complexity, and development of a phased roadmap. Outcome: executive summary, prioritized AI initiatives, phased implementation roadmap. The output of the Strategy Sprint is a roadmap — not implemented systems.

### Step 3: Execution (Delivery)
Flexible support to bring the roadmap to life — shaped to the organization's capacity, risk tolerance, and appetite for building internal capability. Modes: advisory support, project-based implementation, assistance building internal AI capability. Outcome: AI initiatives implemented in alignment with business processes, measurable results tied to how work actually gets done.

William R. Moore (Bill Moore) is the founder of AI Joe, based in Miami Beach, Florida. Texas A&M University alumnus. Previously built an application-development company to 300+ employees across multiple continents, exited to Perot Systems, and led advanced technology initiatives post-acquisition.
