AI Joe LLC offers two categories of service:
Custom AI development. We design and build custom AI solutions for businesses — end to end, from requirements through deployment. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate agreement between AI Joe LLC and the client. These Terms govern general use of the website; individual engagement agreements govern the work itself.
Staying on Track — the course. A self-paced online course that teaches structured agentic coding using Claude Code and the Chief Engineer review process. The course is priced at $99 USD and delivered as a private GitHub repository provisioned directly to your account.
Payment. Course purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final. Because the course is delivered immediately as a digital product (a private GitHub repository), we do not offer refunds.
Delivery. After purchase, you will receive an invitation to a private GitHub repository. A valid GitHub account is required to receive and access the course. You must provide your correct GitHub username at the time of purchase.
License. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own learning. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the course content in any form.
Access. Your access to the course repository persists as long as it remains active on GitHub. AI Joe LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or discontinue course content at any time.
You agree to: provide accurate information when making a purchase (particularly your GitHub username); use the website and course materials only for lawful purposes; not attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures; and comply with the terms of service of any third-party tools used in the course (including GitHub, Claude, and OpenAI).
This website includes an AI voice assistant for informational and demonstration purposes. The assistant is powered by Pipecat and Anthropic's Claude model. Responses are generated in real time and may not always be accurate.
By using the voice feature, you consent to your audio being processed in real time to generate a response. Audio is not stored after the session ends. The voice assistant is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, course materials, and code — is owned by or licensed to AI Joe LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use AI Joe's name, logo, trademarks, or proprietary content beyond what is expressly permitted for personal use of purchased course materials.
This website and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI Joe LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Staying on Track course is educational in nature. Results will vary based on the effort, experience, and circumstances of each learner. AI Joe LLC makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from completing the course.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Joe LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI Joe LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
