William Moore brings decades of experience building production AI systems, with deep roots in the financial sector. His work focused on predictive AI — helping leading trading firms anticipate risk, identify opportunity, and stay ahead in highly competitive markets.
Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled an application development company to more than 300 employees across three continents. The company was acquired by Perot Systems, where he went on to lead Advanced Technology initiatives — translating emerging ideas into production-ready systems for enterprise clients.
Today, AI Joe focuses on making generative AI practical and accountable. Every engagement runs through a structured process — every requirement defined before a line is written, every change reviewed before it ships, and a complete audit trail from start to finish. The goal is durable capability — not demos.
Work
Decades of projects across industries. Here are three recent examples.
Healthcare Insurance
Built a multi-channel marketing funnel for a large regional health insurance agency — automating prospect qualification from first touch through handoff to sales.
Lead Generation
Mortgage Lending
Designed and deployed a full lead generation site for a regional mortgage broker — bilingual (EN/ES), integrated email notifications, live and converting.
Web Application
Media Production
Built an automated production pipeline for a podcast studio — script to AI-voiced audio to published episode, fully automated from content brief to live on Buzzsprout.

The Problem
i.
Leaders know AI is strategically important but can't translate that into a first, confident move.
ii.
Off-the-shelf tools don't map to the specific workflows that actually drive the business.
iii.
Pilots scatter across the org, consume time and budget, and rarely compound into durable capability.
What's needed is a structured approach — grounded in how the business actually operates, not in which tools happen to be trending.
The Framework
01
Discovery
AI Collaborative
A focused discovery engagement to determine where AI can create meaningful value. Structured conversations with key team members reveal how work is actually performed across the organization.
What's included
Outcome
The Collaborative is offered at no cost. It is a serious engagement, not a sales call.
02
Strategy
AI Strategy Sprint
A structured engagement that converts opportunity into a clear, actionable roadmap. We analyze workflows in detail, identify high-impact use cases, and prioritize by business value and feasibility.
What's included
Outcome
The output of the Strategy Sprint is a roadmap — not implemented systems.
03
Delivery
Execution
Flexible support to bring the roadmap to life — shaped to your team's capacity, tolerance for risk, and appetite for building internal capability.

What Makes This Different
01
We focus on how work actually gets done, not on whichever platform is currently in fashion.
02
A structured methodology that applies across industries and returns consistent, defensible results.
03
Decades of real-world systems design and delivery — not a framework invented in a deck.
04
A clear separation between what to do and how to do it, so neither phase is compromised.
Who This Is For
Leadership teams that know AI matters but don't know where to start
You've heard the pitch a hundred times. What you need is a structured process for turning strategic intent into a concrete first move.
Organizations that have tried AI tools without seeing durable impact
Pilots that go nowhere. Tools that don't stick. The problem usually isn't the technology — it's the absence of a clear framework for where to apply it.
Businesses ready to implement AI properly — not just run another experiment
You're past the curiosity stage. You want a roadmap grounded in how your organization actually operates, and a partner who can execute against it.

Joe is our AI assistant. Ask him anything about the AI Opportunity Framework — what to expect from a Collaborative, how the Strategy Sprint works, or whether this is the right fit for your organization.
Ready to Begin
The process begins with an AI Collaborative — a structured discovery engagement, typically completed in one to two days, offered at no cost. No pitch. No commitment. Just clarity on where AI can move the needle for your organization.
