The Architect is A.I. Joe's method for designing, implementing, and validating AI-assisted software systems.

AI changed the speed of software. It did not change the need for design.

Generated code can look successful while hiding structural weakness, unclear responsibilities, and future maintenance cost.

Four stages

    Intent

    Define the business objective, stakeholders, constraints, risks, and success criteria.

    Deliverable

    Intent Document (goals, scope, requirements)

  2. 02

    Shape

    Produce architecture, data flow, interfaces, wireframes, component maps, and the build specification.

    Architecture Document (diagrams, data model, tech stack, decisions)

  3. 03

    Build

    Implement the approved shape with source code, tests, logs, and technical documentation.

    Working Software (tested increments, documentation)

  4. 04

    Verify

    Produce acceptance results, review findings, performance/security evidence, and a release decision.

    Verified System (test results, sign-off, deployment readiness)
